Beautiful, comfortable, magic

One of the most peaceful stays we have had. This property is a pole house. Beautiful location in the middle of forest with no traffic sound. If you go with the right expectations you would enjoy it. Please note that the house is in separated sections: a separate bedroom on ground floor, separate bathroom/toilet accessible externally, lounge and kitchen are on 1st floor and connect via internal stairs to master bedroom at the top floor. The outside toilet was under cover so you can access it without getting wet in rain. Having attached toilet would have been good but we did not find this too much of an issue. It is a bird paradise where you can feed birds off your hand. Ring neck parrots and Rosella were regular visitors. There is an extra mattress so we did not end up using ground floor bedroom. Extra blankets kept warm during night. Lots of stairs in house so consider that. Owner is nice and friendly. Reverse cycle warms up lounge quite well but top floor bedroom can get a bit cold during peak winter. There are good views of the forest from every room. Overall, it is a unique place and as close to nature as it gets.

A unique place in a divine setting.

One of the best locations I can think of being in the magic circle. The top of the big boulder is absolutely magnificent. The skyhouse itself is nestled in amongst beautiful karri trees and takes advantage of its position with huge windows at every vantage point. Quiet and serene. Great place for a getaway to get back to basics and recoup.
